The Creative Coding Issue (Type01 interview)

For TYPEONE Magazine 07 — The Creative Coding Issue — I talked to Poppy Thaxter about my journey to design and creative coding.

"What fascinates me about code is that it represents the DNA of our modern world. Our whole economy, the internet, communications etc. on the core level are all build upon code. Creative coding is an experimental way of accessing this basic underlaying layer. It allows us to better understand what this strange material is and what i actually can do."

We also talked about the intersection of science, technology and design and how we as creatives can counteract fakes news and conspiracy theories.
